DATAPROTECTION

We are pleased that you are interested in the topic of data protection; we attach great importance to protecting your data. In order to fully inform you about the use of personal data, we ask you to take note of the following data protection information.

Personal Data

Personal data is data about you. This includes your name, address and email address. You also do not have to provide any personal data in order to visit our website. In some cases we need your name and address as well as other information in order to be able to offer you the desired services.

The same applies if we supply you with information material upon request or if we answer your inquiries. In these cases we will always inform you of this. In addition, we only store the data that you have provided to us automatically or voluntarily.

When you use one of our services, we generally only collect the data that is necessary to be able to offer you our service or products. We may ask you for further information, but this is voluntary in nature. Whenever we process personal data, we do so in order to be able to offer you our services or products or to pursue our commercial objectives.

Form data and comments

When website visitors leave comments or form entries, the data entered and their IP addresses are saved. This is done for security if someone writes illegal content (insults, left- or right-wing extremist propaganda, hate posts, etc.). In this case we are interested in the identity of the author.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that allow this website to store certain user-related information on the visitor's computer while our website is being visited. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our websites and to make our offers comfortable and efficient for you. We currently use session cookies, which are stored exclusively for the long-term use of our website, and persistent cookies to record information about visitors who repeatedly access our website. The purpose of using these cookies is to offer visitors optimal user guidance and to recognize them and to be able to present the most attractive website and interesting content possible after repeated use. The content of a permanent cookie is limited to an identification number. Name, IP address, etc. are not saved. There is no individual profile creation about your usage behavior. A use of our offers is also possible without cookies. You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser, limit them to certain websites or set your web browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox,...) so that it notifies you as soon as a cookie is sent. You can also delete cookies from your PC's hard drive at any time. Please note, however, that in this case you will have to expect a limited display of the page and limited user navigation.

Data protection declaration for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all of the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google using the following link (https://tools.google. com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) download and install the available browser plugin. Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de. We would like to point out that Google Analytics on this website has been expanded to include the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

Google Maps, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

This website uses Google Maps to display map information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the website. Further information about data processing by Google can be found in Google's data protection information at https://www.google.at/intl/de/policies/privacy/. There you can also change your settings in the data protection center so that you can manage and protect your data.

This website uses Google Tag Manager. The TagManager does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this will remain in effect for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. Google's data protection information for this tool can be found here: https://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html

On our site we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, MountainView, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and thereby enable your use of the website to be analyzed.

The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, location and frequency of your website visit, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there.

We use Google Analytics with the addition “_gat._anonymizeIp” on our website. In this case, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thereby anonymized.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our site, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

According to its own information, Google will under no circumstances associate your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to fully use all of the functions of our website.

Google also offers a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over what data Google collects about the websites you access. The add-on tells the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) that no information about the website visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, the deactivation add-on for browsers from Google Analytics does not prevent information from being sent to us or to other web analysis services we may use are transmitted. You can find further information about installing the browser add-on via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

If you visit our site via a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), you must instead click the deactivation button further down on this page under point 9 to prevent tracking by Google Analytics within this website in the future. This is also possible as an alternative to the browser add-on above. By clicking the link, an opt-out cookie will be set in your browser that is only valid for this browser and this domain. If you delete the cookies in this browser, the opt-out cookie will also be deleted, so you will have to click the link again.

This will deactivate both Google Analytics and Facebook tracking for this website.

Note: This setting remains in effect for all subsequent visits. However, you have to do it again in each browser and device or as soon as you clear your browser cache.

Facebook Custom Audiences Pixels

In order to present interest-based advertisements to visitors to our website during their visit to Facebook, we use “Custom Audiences Pixel” from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). For this purpose, we have implemented a Facebook pixel on our website, which establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers when you visit our website. It is transmitted to the Facebook server that you have visited our website and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. Further information on the collection and use of data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy can be found in Facebook's data protection information at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If you would like to object to the connection with Facebook as described, you can do so by clicking on the button at the bottom of this declaration.

Your rights

You have the right to information at any time about the data stored about you, its origin and recipient as well as the purpose of storage. In principle, you have the rights to correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

Security

We have taken technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. All of our employees and service providers who work for us are obliged to comply with applicable data protection laws.

Whenever we collect and process personal data, it is encrypted before it is transmitted. This means that your data cannot be misused by third parties. Our security precautions are subject to a constant improvement process and our data protection declarations are constantly revised. Please make sure you have the most current version.
